　　Primary care doctors are less and less in America, the reading passage presents three reasons about the lack of primary care doctors in America.

　　1) The tuition fee for primary care doctors is too expensive, and they can not earn enough money to pay the loan of medical school.

　　2) The workload of primary care doctors are too heavy, they are often tired and they work longer than specialists but earn much less. So the primary care doctors are too stressful to take the job.

　　3) There are not enough training opportunities and residency positions for primary care doctors. Primary care doctors can not get their internship in hospitals.

　　Listening:

　　Disagree. Three policies to ease the problems above.

　　1) There is a Health Service Crop program which can provide funds for primary care doctors, primary care doctors can participate in this program and get directional training, then they will get the scholarship, the tuition fee will also be reduced by the government and it will be not that unaffordable for primary care doctors.

　　2) The government will pass the law to allow nurses to do more and share the responsibility of primary care doctors, so the primary care doctors are not that stressful.

　　3) Actually the real problem is not the few opportunities but the uneven distribution of human resources. Government will send primary care doctors to some demanded hospitals and remove some opportunities of overload hospitals to provide more opportunities for vacant hospitals.
