In Chinese traditional culture, however, white is often used at funerals. Therefore, it should be kept in mind that white flowers cannot be taken as gifts when you wish patients recover from illness, especially senior or critical patients. It is true of white envelopes, which means you cannot put cash in white envelopes but in red ones.
