当你要求他人帮你做什么或当他人要求你帮他做什么时，听上去很有礼貌的语意是你成功的一部分。现在讲讲一般情况下你可以怎么说：
Ask someone to do something for you 请求他人帮你做什么：
"Could you please open the window for me?"
"Would you mind opening the window for me?"
"Can you open the window for me?"

Tips:

Could and can 后面的动词不跟to.
Would you mind后面跟动词原形加-ing.
Ask if you can do something 询问你可不可以这样做：
"May I use your computer?"
"Could I buy some drink for you?"
"Do you mind if I read loudly?"
"Would you mind if I turn on the radio?"

Remember 记着:
Could比can听起来更客气些.
Do you mind if...后面跟现在时态的动词；Would you mind if...跟的是过去时态的动词.
当你用"Do you mind if..." or "Would you mind if..." 时，后面不要再跟"Please"了。这样的语义已经很客气了。不要再画蛇添足了。
