代孕一直是一个充满争议的话题，在日本也不例外。近日，日本各界对于政府是否应该禁止代孕展开了如火如荼的辩论。那么代孕怎么说呢？

        Japanese obstetricians adopted a ban against surrogate births in 1983, but there is no binding law and some couples have had children through surrogate mothers with the help of a doctor in central Japan who is defying domestic medical circles.
        
        1983年日本产科界通过了一项禁止代孕的规定，但该规定并没有法律约束力。在日本中部，一些夫妇在一名不服从业界规定的医生帮助下借助代孕母亲而得到孩子。
        
        这里，代孕表达为“surrogate births”，代孕母亲是“surrogate mothers”；“surrogate” 表示“代理, 代用品, 代理人”，例如：A surrogate mother is artificially inseminated with the father's semen and carries the fetus to term.
        
        代孕母亲是用父亲的精子进行人工受精而形成胚胎。
        
        注：代孕母亲就是为那些无法正常受孕的夫妇提供子宫孕育胎儿的女人，利用自己的子宫为受精卵提供生长环境。代孕的方式有两种，一是人工受精方式代孕，即将需求方的精子送入代孕者的体内，在体内进行受精并完成怀孕。二是试管婴儿代孕，即使用需求方的卵子和精子，做成试管胚胎，植入代孕者体内完成怀孕。
