最后一次老六级考试终于在各方关注下落下了帷幕，这次考试也是最后一次有专门对词汇（Vocabulary）的考查。词汇题对于考生们来说总是有人欢喜有人忧，大部分“愁”的考生一定是在抱怨这次考试词汇的重复率比以往更加低了，难度也有大幅提高。六级词汇以往的高重复率似乎已经成了众所周知的秘密，虽然这次考试并没有像以前考试那样让我们有很多惊喜，然而一些题目我们仍旧是能从以往的题目当中找到它的踪迹，只是稍稍进行了改头换面而已，如果考生没有发现只能说明对全真题并没有非常熟悉。

这次题目中有部分与上两次考试,也就是今年6月和去年12月的考点非常类似。比如42题的retrieve,43题的scrutiny,44题的irritate,47题的traits,66题的prone等等，尤其是43题，44题，不仅在05年12月的考试中出现，其实他们早在02年1月就曾经考到过，并且作为了正确答案，应该足以引起考生的注意。

这两道题目基本没有发生变化，均是考查close scrutiny（仔细审查，细看）。而今年考到的是closer scrutiny。

02-1-53 Please　do　not　be　_____by　his　offensive　remarks　since　he　is　merely　trying　to　attract　attention.

这两道题目考查的是irritate（激怒）的用法，该词汇为及物动词，因此可以有被动语态。今年考到的是irritate the interviewer，考到三次的意思都不变，只是激怒的对象变了，或是用了被动语态而已。

其实在02年1月的考试当中commemorate（纪念）也作为了正确答案，在今年的考试当中51题仍旧考到了这个意思，看来今年的考试当中在02年1月的考题里出现了不少。
