His attitude was extremely disrespectful and it made me very angry. So I decided to record our conversation using my phone and immediately went to complain to the customer service duty manager at the mall.

I explained the situation in detail to the duty manager and provided the recorded conversation as evidence. He listened attentively and sincerely apologized to me. Then, he found the salesperson and had a conversation with him. I was very satisfied because after the complaint, the salesperson apologized to me and promised to improve his behavior.

Although the shopping experience was unpleasant, I obtained a satisfactory outcome through the complaint. This experience made me realize that if we encounter unsatisfactory service, we should bravely speak up, complain to the relevant department, and provide sufficient evidence.
