　　Signing bonuses: The cash paid for teachers when they can contract with schools.

　　Increasing the signing bonuses can help school hire teachers.

　　1) Increasing the bonuses can attract teachers of other schools. Most teachers think their salary is low, the bonuses will rise their income.

　　2) Increasing the bonuses can attract candidates outside the education field like science. These experts from other fields will become teachers.

　　3) Some teachers quit before the school year ends, which makes it is difficult for school to search for alternate teachers. However, the contract can solve this problem, the law can prevent teachers quitting at the first period.

　　1) For teachers, money is not the only thing they care about. Factors like libraries, working environment, and how well the school runs are all be considered.

　　2) There are many criteria of being teacher for people of other fields. It is not the money that limited other experts to become teachers but the complicated qualification of teachers. Teaching certification is the main obstacle, it will take a long time, and the experts must quit their own job and get no economic incomes for a short time. So we should shorter and simplify the certification process.

　　3) Keeping the teachers who want to quit is not good. If one feels trapped by the contract and become unhappy, quitting is better for his sake. People always lose passion when doing the things they do not like.
